For my marketing plan assignment, I chose to focus on Campus Health and raise awareness of the medical services offered at Indiana University Indianapolis.

What I learned
From working on the assignment, I learned how essential marketing is for connecting a health care organization to the community. I now understand how to identify a problem, conduct market research, perform a SWOT analysis, develop a budget plan, and select the best strategies to reach the target audience. I also learned that communication is the foundation of trust—strong, clear communication helps build confidence with patients, families, and the community.
