Future Goals
After graduation, I will continue working at the Burmese American Community Institute (BACI) in the Program Initial Resettlement. I am excited to continue my journey with the organization and deepen my understanding of refugee support services. I look forward to new opportunities to expand my knowledge, strengthen my skills, and contribute to meaningful work within the community.
Future Learning and Development
I plan to earn a master’s degree to deepen my knowledge and expand my career opportunities. I am still exploring which path best aligns with my strengths and interests, and Human Resources remains a future option I am considering.
