H245- Professionalism in the Healthcare Workplace

PechaKucha Presentation Assignment

For this presentation, students were allowed only pictures, charts, or clip art. The slides advance automatically after 20 seconds, and there are only 15 slides.

I chose to present on mental health because it plays a major role in everyone's life. My goal was to spread awareness and encourage early support to help prevent suicide.

What I learned

I chose this assignment because it was my first time presenting in a format where I couldn’t rely on text on the slides. This style helped me improve my timing, stay focused, and engage more naturally with my audience. It also encouraged the audience to focus on what I was saying rather than get distracted by the visuals.

Since I couldn’t read from the screen, I had to be well‑prepared and know my material thoroughly. This pushed me to maintain eye contact, connect with the audience, and present with more confidence.
